The AI tools are not licensed therapists and cannot diagnose medical or mental-health conditions. AI guidance should never be relied upon in emergencies.

5. Therapist Services Disclaimer

BrainCura facilitates connections between users and independent mental-health professionals. We do not guarantee therapy outcomes, therapist availability, or treatment effectiveness, and we are not responsible for independent clinical decisions made by therapists. The therapeutic relationship exists directly between you and the therapist.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, use the services lawfully, maintain account security, respect therapists, staff, and other users, and avoid misuse of Platform features. You agree not to share harmful content, harass others, upload malicious software, attempt unauthorized access, or misrepresent your identity or credentials.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

BrainCura prioritizes your privacy. Communications are encrypted, and your information is not shared with third parties except where required by law or authorized by you. We may collect information for account management, wellness assessments, mood tracking, appointment scheduling, service improvement, and security monitoring. 8. Intellectual Property Rights

All BrainCura content — including logos, branding, website designs, mobile applications, wellness programs, audio content, sound-therapy experiences, articles, educational materials, and software and AI systems — remains the exclusive property of BrainCura or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, sell, reproduce, distribute, or reverse-engineer any BrainCura intellectual property without prior written permission. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.

9. Subscription & Payment Policies

You agree that fees are charged according to the plan you select, taxes may apply where required, subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled, and pricing may change with prior notice.

10. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund requests are evaluated according to BrainCura's . Completed services are non-refundable, missed appointments may not qualify for refunds, and partial subscription usage may reduce refund eligibility. You may cancel your subscription at any time through account settings or by contacting support; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid to BrainCura in the preceding 12 months, subject to local law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BrainCura, its affiliates, and their staff from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Platform or violation of these policies.

14. Account Suspension & Termination

BrainCura reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate platform policies, engage in fraudulent activity, abuse services, threaten platform security, or violate applicable laws. Termination may occur without prior notice where necessary to protect users or the Platform.

15. Copyright Complaints

If you believe content on BrainCura infringes your intellectual-property rights, please submit your contact details, a description of the copyrighted work, proof of ownership, and the URL or location of the disputed content to info@braincura.com.
